Used Rosenquist MODEL EG-500-A 30-degree angle, hinged top platen, Radio Frequency Gluing Press is ideal for applications where versatility and productivity are a must.
CAPACITY: 36” wide by 60” long by 2” thick.
SIDE PRESSURE: Applied by (10) 5” bore by 12” stroke air cylinders. System is provided with a filter and lubricator to ensure long cylinder life. A panel-mounted regulator provides precise pressure control.
TOP PRESSURE: Applied by (3) 3 1/4” bore by 14” stroke air cylinders. System is provided with a filter and lubricator to ensure long cylinder life.
GENERATOR: A built in 6 kW Radio Frequency generator will cure approximately 600 square inches of glue line per minute. See options for faster curing.
CONTROL PANEL: Includes adjustable cycle timer, necessary meters, indicator lights, control pushbuttons and a two hand, no-tie-down control system for closing the press.
SAFETY: An electronic eye prevents closing of the press in the event any objects are inserted from the front. All access doors are interlocked to prevent use of the generator in the event any are open. A safety switch is used to prevent the use of the generator when the press is in the open position.
Hand Powered In-feed Table: provides a convenient workspace for the operator to compose a panel while the press is closed. Pusher is guided by a Thompson lineal bearing. Easier and faster than tables equipped with hand cranks.
