Purchasing Information
Hermance Machine Company offers new and used machinery, parts, and other mechandise for sale online. In order to purchase products online, you must be a registered user with Hermance Machine Company. If you have purchased items from Hermance Machine Company recently (within the past 2 years), please do not create a new customer account. Please contact a Hermance representative to have your account enabled for online access. This is a simply and quick process which takes only seconds.

Accepted cards include: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
Pre-Approved Credit
If you have an existing pre-approved credit with Hermance Machine Company, you have the ability to use that account to purchase items online. You account will be billed for the order and given a standard invoice. Your credit line still applies to online purchases, and all purchases that exceed your current credit limit will not be processed.
Shipping Information
When ordering through Hermance's online store, you will be presented with a variety of shipping options in order to better serve you as a customer. Unless otherwise stated, shipments will be handled via UPS. Standard UPS shipping charges will apply including charges for COD, international delivery, oversize shipments, and insurance. Third-party billing is also available upon request and with the proper information provided.

Shipping rates at the time of checkout are not final. Your total shipping will be calculated upon processing your order. If you have questions on your shipping rates, please contact a Hermance representative.

What if my item does not have a price associated with it?
Due to the high degree of customization and options that some of our products feature, an accurate price quotation can only be given when we have accurately accessed your needs. While you can still purchase these items through our online web store, you will need to contact a Hermance sales representative to further assist you in completing your order. We will be happy to discuss with you any options and configurations that will be made to your product.
What if I've done business with Hermance Machine Company in the past?
Existing customers of Hermance Machine Company are still able to access the online store. However, since you already exist in our system, we simply need to give you access to an account to purchase items online. This is a simple 5-minute process which involves contacting a Hermance sales representative and having them issue you a user ID and password. All inquires must be via phone. Due to security reasons account login information cannot be emailed to customers.
What are my purchase options?
When buying online, you are able to purchase items using a credit card or pre-approved customer credit. Selection of payment is done at the time of checkout.
